Effexor to Paroxetine

Effexor to Paroxetine


Does anyone know if I can switch from Effexor straight to Paroxetine weening off the Effexor.

I'm on 150mg of Effexor and switching to 12.5 mg then 25 mg of Paroxetine (Paxil)
