Unexplainable constipation.
This has been going on for a week or two now.
While in the "technical" sense I'm not constipated, as I still have bowel movements every day, the amount of stool I pass is nowhere near as much as it should be given the quantity of food I eat. I'd say it's at about 30% of what it should be.
I don't care about what the internet says...this is abnormal for me. Particularly because I can't figure out reason for it.

Why do you feel you need to have a reason?

Re: Unexplainable constipation.
Eat more fibre and see how it goes.

I haven't had the kind of dietary changes I can point to as a cause.
And I've been worried about abdominal asymmetry for years now. Right side sticks out further than left, and I have a slight horizontal bulge around the epigastric vein.

Prunes are my best friend at the moment.
More fibre and see how you go. I've been struggling with constipation for a while for the first time in my life.
Re: Unexplainable constipation.
I don't think a solution to poo size is the issue here. The issue is hyper analysing changes and/or differences in bodily shape, size or function.
Stop inspecting your poo.

This isn't hyper-focusing. This is major reduced stool output (for no reason), reduced urine output despite guzzling water, and greatly reduced appetite.

Greatly reduced appetite? Major reduced stool output? Any thoughts?

But I feel like you really are hyper focusing.
Also, it doesn’t sound like constipation.
However, more fibre, more water and less worry will help.
I often find I get constipated a few days after suffering anxiety. I can almost always put it down to not drinking enough too.
