I'm going to make a cup of tea and try to watch some tv to try to relax. I think I am very anxious, as I had a really bad panic attack this morning.
so are you not breathing properly?

Pb how are you feeling today?
I’m really struggling to control my anxiety at the moment, lots of panic attacks, palpitations and pulse checking.
I need to find a way to stop me checking my pulse, I’ve got pins and needles in my hand from the continuous checking.
Im hoping this will go.
I take pregablin and think i may need to increase this. My usual gp is on maternity leave.
I really think lockdown is not helping.
I do not want to spiral to how I was in April and May.
This is a virtual reality website. What can anyone here do, aside from reaching through the screen (which is not possible), to stop your obsessive-compulsive behavior? :shrug:
The choice is simple. Address the real issue or continue here for years to come. It's totally up to you.

Yes the choice is mine. I was looking from advice from other members , who had managed to stop the obsessive checking.
If the real problem is anxiety and ha, I take medication and had cbt. I was too anxious to benefit from the cbt, this was confirmed by a psychiatrist.
I am going to have some more therapy.
