Re: blip again, wish it would stop!
Hi Yvonne
Happy Birthday for your Son. I've found that if I sprint (instead of jog) then my hips seem to give me a bit of a problem. I feel like an old donkey and I'm only 30 :ohmy:!! Sounds like the driving's going well and you seem to be doing nicely.
Hoping you continue to continue.
Cheers
Rich

Hi Rich,
Thank you for your kind words, I gave my son your birthday wishes, he says thank you.
I hope your hips dont cause you too much pain. I had no idea that my hips were and are very very sore, only when my gp had examined my hips, that was when I found out how sore they are. that explains it when they get sore and I can not sit down properly. all I can do is crawl, as it affects doing every day tasks. Thank God it does not happen every day.

Re: blip again, wish it would stop!
Hi,
Wednesday morning, I got up and left just intime for my training day, I only managed to stay at training for the morning, after lunch, I couldnt take anymore, the stuff was going away over my head, too much information to take in one morning, never mind all day. After that I went to the bank to sort out things for next week which our Heavenly Father will help provide for my family. Then I went home, dropped off my stuff of training books etc..., then went to the shops and to my dad's. I was so tired and not feeling too good, I sat beside my dad, I couldnt keep my eyes opened, my dad says go for a couple of hours sleep. I asked my dad if he was sure about this and he says yes. I stopped fighting the sleep and went to sleep. I slept for a good few hours, I felt a lot better when I woke up. I then called the taxi to go to church house group.
Earilier on in the week I emailed the deacon, to let him know that I have always wanted to help lead in house group, felt that strong pull from my heart. after house group this evening, the deacon says that he is going to give me that oppertunity to lead house group and see how things go from there. Praise God.
let you know how things go. tomorrow going to be very busy, my womens group and I are going to an awards cereamony, I hope we win the award. my womens group was in the local news paper today.
let you know how this goes on Friday, after being to the hospital for hand clinic and xray for my hips.

Hi,
Psalms 100 the Message Bible.
On your feet now --- applaud GOD!
Bring a gift of laughter,
sing yourselves into his presence.
Know this God is God, and God, GOD.
He made us, we didn't make him.
we're his people, his well-tended sheep.
Enter with the password: "Thank you!"
make yourselves at home, talking praise.
Thank him. Worship him.
For GOD is sheer beauty.
all-generous in love,
loyal always and forever.

Re: blip again, wish it would stop!
Hi,
Thursday morning went to local college to get my hair done, with women working 2gether group, then after it it went home to get ready, then at 2.50 pm, my friend came and picked me up to go and get the mini bus to Dumfries, you know when you are traveling somewhere, it takes ages to get there, and less time to get back, well took ages to get there and ages to get home. We had a great time and we won an Award, it was awesome and the Mcdonald brothers were there, it was a very great night. I got home at 2.00 am I think, not sure what time I got in, though around that time. I slept in for the hand clinic and the xray, I phone and appologised for missing my appointment, and got another appointment, the xray I can go anytme, as I have the form.
Friday morning 11.30 am, I phoned my dad to find out if he was feeling better. I went to my dad's, I spent the day at my dad's. I made sure my dad ate, made him his dinner, did his washing, my dad gave me money today, I asked him if we was really sure, before taking the money off him. I dont like to take money off my dad. I am going to put it by for next week. I will need it next week. it's not much, I think I will give it to my son as he needs bus fares for school.
tomorrow going to have a long lie in, make up for being home late. and go to my dad's. going to my bed, very tired.
oh, when coming home there started to be a lot of negativity on the mini bus, one person had upset tummy, etc... then my mood started to drop, I was asked if I was alright, I says I need to change this horrible negative feeling. I started to ask everyone on the bus what was the positive for them of the evening. which helped me lift my mood, though for a short time.

Re: blip again, wish it would stop!
Hi Yvonne,
Sorry to hear you've hit a wall so to speak, but that's when God's strength shows through, in all things God works for the good of those who love him\
Psalm 27 NIV
The LORD is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When evil men advance against me
to devour my flesh, [a]
when my enemies and my foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.
3 Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
even then will I be confident.
4 One thing I ask of the LORD,
this is what I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD
and to seek him in his temple.
5 For in the day of trouble
he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle
and set me high upon a rock.
6 Then my head will be exalted
above the enemies who surround me;
at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy;
I will sing and make music to the LORD.
7 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD;
be merciful to me and answer me.
8 My heart says of you, "Seek his [b] face!"
Your face, LORD, I will seek.
9 Do not hide your face from me,
do not turn your servant away in anger;
you have been my helper.
Do not reject me or forsake me,
O God my Savior.
10 Though my father and mother forsake me,
the LORD will receive me.
11 Teach me your way, O LORD;
lead me in a straight path
because of my oppressors.
12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes,
for false witnesses rise up against me,
breathing out violence.
13 I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the LORD
in the land of the living.
14 Wait for the LORD;
be strong and take heart
and wait for the LORD.
