Does anyone constantly feel chills and shaking with anxiety

I constantly feel shaking and coldness from my anxiety and now I think I'm developing head rushes and agraphobia :( my anxiety feels like I'm having a stroke if that makes sense

Those aren’t really symptoms of a stroke. A stroke prevents blood from reaching certain parts of your brain. It’s a clot.

It’s a very SUDDEN inability to see, or being paralyzed on one side of your body.

Yeah obviously it isn't a stroke as I would be dead or severely disabled now wouldn't I I was just describing my symptoms of anxiety
