bad bad anxiety

Hi all really having a bad time at moment, have an on going spinal problem thats flared up again but now have shoulder arm and leg pain, see rheumatologist on Monday but very worried,have had eyes checked again for gloucoma and not so bad go back in november one less worry ,just wish I could stop the panic

Hi Annah,Ihad a discitis years ago and disc has worn away also arthritis of facet joints and knees have had three lots of injections in the past which helped a lot

I take it that is basically inflamation of the disc's am I right
