    hi i'm new on the site, i don't have IBS but i have Ulcerative Colitis (inflammatory bowel disease) and have to watch what i eat. I have to avoid alcohol, Chinese food, too much fatty food, mushrooms, spicy foods and fizzy drinks as these make the symptoms worse
