Hi - any book by Susan Jeffers (Feel the Fear and do it anyway, the Daily workout book etc..). Basically I wouldn't get out of the house for a period of time in my life for various anxiety reasons and this was almost like a comfort blanket and a little mentor in my head needed at the time. I truly believe anxiety and fear are related and that confidence goes a long way to helping.
Again - its all personal choice but passing on a recommendation.
