Swallowing Problems

Hi

I wondered if anyone can offer some advice,,, i have had swallowing problems for the last few days i was travelling the car and all of a sudden i couldn't swallow and its happened quite a few times over the last few days and i am getting quite scared. This is the first time this had happened,, does anyone else suffer from this, is it worth a visit to Gp,, last time i went to Gp prescribhed proponlol but i stopped taking them as didn't seem to be doing anything to help my panic attacks is there other medication that could help with panic attacks as am new to all this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've had periods where I've had problems swallowing. Or actually, I could swallow, but it felt as if I couldn't... This symptom comes and goes, but the problem appears in my worst periods with anxiety - often during a meal.

If you are in a tense and anxious period now, I think this problem will disappear when you're feeling more at ease.
