feels like i have got a lump in my eosophagus

Hey there, this a fairly new symptom for me, I have it now and I had it last weekend. It feels like I have a lump or a sore area not exactly in my throat but lower down between the ribs. I haven't had any bad heartburn for a couple of weeks, so I don't think its been cause my that, but I have been terribly constipated for a week now, tho I don't think that's connected. Has anyone else had this?

I know this isn,t a recent post ....but one thing sticks out a mile here which helped me with my swallowing problems "i have it now and had it last weekend"

If its not constant my DR said to me its anxiety and nothing that needs further looking into , hope this helps someone , but go to the Docs if you are worried as peace of mind often cured these symtoms for me if only for awhile but it re instated what the dr had said when it dissapeared and once i believed this and stopped pannicking all the time it went but i still get it now and again .
