first time to town on my own in ages :)

hiya all
i finally plucked up the courage to go to town on my own today I was really anxious and apprehensive to go before I left but I was adament I wouldn't let the anxiety beat me and just went out and did it! Although I panicked on the bus, I managed it really well and was even able to go round town on my own, into the shops and get my sister's birthday present
