PLEASE TELL ME I'M BEING STUPID!!!!!!!

Hi all me again![:I]

Some of you might have read my post about a friend of mine.

Anyway I know this sounds really daft and stupid but she always told me she felt like she had magical witch like powers.

Anyway I wrote her a letter the other day just saying I don't know why you have hurt me etc etc...

I'm just really paranoid she is going to put a curse on us.

Like something terrible [}] will happen to either of us or we are due to move house in 2 weeks and it will fall through or something.

I can't stop crying :( today and feel so panicky and anxious.

I can seem to get rid of theses scary irrational thoughts.

Am I being totally crazy thinking like this?

i have just posted a reply on your other post...
firstly you are most definately not a pain ok
you are not crazy... but you are right they are irrational thoughts
you are feeling more panicky and anxious as this whole situation (which isnt your fault)has brought you down and when we are down our mind plays up real bad...
i know its so easy for me to say ignore the thoughts and its horrible as we all know what its like but it is just that THOUGHTS!
nothing bad is going to happen to you...
i wish there was something more i could say or something i could do to reassure you that everything will be alright.
but you are not alone we are all behind you... try to get busy with something and ignore all this i know its not that easy but you have done nothing wrong and she is not worth the time of day for doing this to you ... so try not to give the thoughts the time of day either...
i know this is a bit muddled but really feeling for you right now(as you know i had a similar problem with a "mate" last year)

Your not a sillly sausage at all, you are in the middle of the most stresful period of any ones life, a move. As for the woman being a witch, forget it and dont let it play on you at all, good luck with the move i know what they are like

For the reassurance i didn't really fancy being a silly sausage.

As for the move I'm not stressed AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Ok I lied!

We have a one week to pack the trouble is I happen to be working most of the week as well.

Unfortunately I can't take leave as i work in a college and am only intitled to there holidays etc... I'll get there in the end though I hope!!!!
