No, you aren't. The things will go back to normal after taking the meds for some time. I noticed similar problems while i was on Citalopram, but just for the first few months while taking the pills, till the body adjusts to the medicine. You shouldn't have problems with the long term use of SSRIs, although it's one of their SEs.

Linda - this is a fairly common side effect, but it does usually wear off. Don't give up hope yet!

i take ginkgo biloba and its working quite well, it improves the libdo for ppl who have lost it due to ssri's. i still dont have a massive libdo and can happily go without sex but it is helping. i got mine from holland and barret (you need to use the Extract and not the leaf one)

Yea lost my libido and my poor hubby is going crazy! Tyke remember how much harder it is for a woman to orgasm compared to a man lol!
