Your teeth need descaling to get rid of the build up of plaque .this keeps the gum line clear of bacteria .Most Dentists are pretty understanding if you are anxious .Doesnt honestly sound like any thing life threatning .Best book up an appointment ,you really arent doing yourself any favours avoiding it any longer .Im sure you will feel a lot better in more ways then one when youve been ..Take care Sue x

I don't understand flossing, the tape won't fit between my teeth, if I force it , it just gets stuck and then breaks......

In the morning everyone gets stuff on their teeth, it's normal.
Don't drink anything but water if you need a drink when you are in bed, other wise all the sugar from drinks stick to your teeth and stay there all night.

Rinse warm salt water, It's good to rinse after you eat food too.

You can buy those teeny tiny tooth brushes that will fit into any small gaps, I use these instead of flossing.
