Hi!
I'm pippa... im 32 and from the midlands was properly diagnosed with anxiety disorder in dec 2010.. which then has lead onto manic depression (maybe bipolar but still to be decided by docs)

i have tried various anti depressents but had a terrible time on them so am trying to beat the depression alone...

i am taking 200mg of betablockers a day to keep the palpitations down and i have/take valium as and when required


hope to make a few friends... get some (and maybe even give some) advise and ultimatley knock this anxiety down to size, kick its arse and get the hell back out into the 'real world' again
