    oh dear

Hiya, had a bit of a setback today. Was shopping with my husband
everywhere was quite busy, well on the way back to the car as I
have a bad foot at the moment husband says for me to wait while he
gets the car. Soon as he had gone out of sight had a major wobbly
:(not had one for ages so was bit of shocker.
Managed somehow to bring myself down by telling myself all
sorts of positive stuff & it did subside . Sort of knocks you back
a bit though:(.never mind stil here to tell he tale thats the
    main thing.
    love kiz

Don't get yourself down - everyone has minor setbacks but at least you have recognised that for what it is - minor

As you said you have survived and will continue to!

    Hiya Kizzy!

Well done for coping and yes it does tend to knock you back a bit. but, remember that was just as LAPSE not a RElapse. Keep it going!

    Take care

Good for you for coping so well.

Get a laminated card with what works for you on it and keep it with you .

    Meg

    "Come to the edge."
    "We can't. We're afraid."
    "Come to the edge."
    "We can't. We will fall!"
    "Come to the edge."
    And they came.
    And he pushed them.
    And they flew.

    Hiya Kizzy,

    Good going!!!!!!!

    You did grand.

Glad that you are doing better now.

    Thanks for sharing that.

I know it is so hard to remember what to do when it has been so long since we`ve had one.

Good coping though. Like you said you survived to tell the tale and that is what matters.

    Meg.......

    Good idea!!!!!

I am going to put my own laminated card together today to keep with me at all times.

    Thanks for the idea.

    Take care all,
