Another horrid day :( head neck pain

I keep gettin a sharp pain in my head like behind my ear up my neck to my head. It happens if I move a certain way and has happenes for months now.

I've recently felt a lot of pressure around my sinuses and head and I have a constant head ache I'm worried it's a tumour I feel scared if I see a GP I'll have to wait for test appointments and then wait for results I need some answers it's a horrible pain it makes me feel sick :( x

Sounds nothing like a tumour to me. Much more likely to be a muscle/nerve problem, probably caused by tension and anxiety.

I get the exact symptoms when stressed so don't worry.
