Period pain day after period stops??

My period finished yesterday and today I've had cramps and achyness all day! Is this normal??

This happens to me almost every period. I've never had any abnormal exams/pap smears/etc. Don't be surprised if your period comes back for a day, bc that happens to me too. Not to be gross, but sometimes your period isn't totally over and a little more has to come out. The cramps are your body doing that.

Hi thanks but that's my period defo done. Still crampy today duno if it's bowel or gyny.. :(

Hi don't worry, i have this everytime i have my period, i get pains even a week after, but ive never had any tests and i just get on with it. your be ok x
