struggling with symptoms 24/7

hi iam posting just wondering can anxiety cause symptoms 24/7 for year
my symptom that is scaring me is funny vision like iam wearing someone elses glasses or like slow to catch up when i look around or like things move away from me is this anxiety i feel lightheaded 24/7 and feel like iam moving but not this symptom of moving does come in go its been here week this time but iam lightheaded all the time just dont feel right and when i lay down i feel in motion or like i feel my breathing its hard to explain is this all anxiety

Hi linda. Yes im the same ive had every test under the sun and all came back negative i had a full entire blood test and the only thing that shown was high adrenaline. So yep anxiety!

Try not to worry and it all goes away
