    Re: 9/11.....

I would like to say my thoughts are with all those affected by 9/11. I was priviledged enough to meet a New York fireman a few years ago, after 9/11 because he worked as a fireman on that terrible day of 9/11. It was an emotional experience.

Someone from the village where I used to live, was in New York on 9/11 and she luckily escaped. Really brought it home to me that did, how vulnerable the world had become.

I will never forget that terrible day as long as I live.

My family and I were in America, in Florida on holiday, and were evacuated from one of the Disney waterparks without knowing why. We went back to the house where we were staying and could not fathom what we were seeing on the television screen.

It was so horrendous, and all I can think about is the sheer terror those poor souls must have felt that day.

God rest their souls and may they rest in everlasting peace.

My thoughts are also with everyone who lost a loved one that awful, awful day.
