    I'm back at work!!

I've been signed off for 3 and a half months due to anxiety and severe panic attacks and I just wanted to share that it was my first day back today. I was only in half a day BUT I drove there myself and managed to stay there for 5 hours

When I first joined the site I didn't think I would ever be able to drive again without huge panics. Day to day things that I had taken for granted like nipping to the shops became impossible to do. I became housebound for months and didn't want to go anywhere, do anything or see anyone. I was so low and couldn't see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Well time is a great healer and little baby steps seem to be helping me.

This site should be prescribed to those that suffer with this debilitating illness because it has really helped me realise I am not alone and I am not going mad!

    Onwards and upwards hopefully x

    Well done you!

I felt really stupid when I first got ill not being able to get out and about as normal. I've missed so many nights out, get togethers and family do's because of this illness. I felt like life was passing me by but I was being so hard on myself.

We can do this. Just need to take small steps and yes it is hard work but so blooming rewarding when we do it!
