Feeling petrified about Breast Cancer or any other cancer!

Hello,

I have been feeling quite good the last 2 weeks, pretty positive for me! then I was just sitting down to a quite read of Marie Claire which had an article about Breast cancer and how it effects people and peoples lives. Now I'm sitting here feeling absolutely PETRIFIED that this may happen to me. I check myself for lumps, almost daily and feel sick at the thought of finding a lump or bump one day, I'm scared of leaving my son behind etc etc...

Gosh I hate anxiety and how petrified of the world and life it can make me feel.

Its normal for Health Anxiety. You've just stumbled across a trigger thats all. Accept it was just your brain saying "what if?" and remove its power. A fear does not make it a truth. x
