intermitent pains in right chest. am i going to have a heart attack???

hi all

I posted last night as i was having lower abdominal pain which today has almost dissapeared which is good :0)

however since i got up today ive been having intermitent chest pain, in/behind and slightly under my right breast, near the centre of my chest, its a sharp stabbing pain which has been coming and going all day, can be ok for an hour and then i feel the pains every minute for 5-10 minutes.
It sometimes happens when i breathe, but not every time i take a breath
Im terrified now, and ive not been feeling anxious at all today.
Im sure its my heart. :0( scared i am going to be told its anxiety and its actually a real medical problem :0(
Can i go to a doctor and actually ask for a ECG???

Also about half an hour ago while watching corrie, i got this really really horrilbe slight pressure over my entire head, chest and upper arms all at the same time which is so very hard to describe, it was a sudden sensation, like an explosion of sorts, starting in my upper body then spreading out as a kind of tingling sensation over the rest of my upper body including upper arms, definately internal, swept over in 2-3 seconds. Was bad enough for me to sit bolt upright, widen my eyes, and hold onto the chair petrified in that 3 seconds i was going to die instantly i mean what the hell was that???

Do not ask for medical tests, play dumb , the second doctors hear you diagnosing yourself they will just write you off as a health anxiety sufferer.
Unless you have a doctor that you know will understand .

If it's a tingling sensation then it's anxiety and mucle tension , believe me I once felt like my head, chest, back and arms were under a lot of pressure, I thought I was dying , so scary, it was like something was squeezing me.

Go to your doctor if you are worried, he will listen to your heart, check your blood pressure and pulse, if anything is off he will do or send you for an ECG.

Try taking a bath or use heat on your mucles , when heat eases my chest pain it helps calm me down as it has to be muscular pain I was having
