finger twitching?

okay so for about 2 weeks now i've noticed that when i'm just sat watching tv my right index finger will kind of move to the left a bit.
i'm very worried its something wrong with my brain :(
it kind of feels like its vibrating too.
i do only feel this when i'm tired but its freaking me out :'(
someone help?

also forgot to mention i do spend a lot of time on the computer/texting/playing video games

This is likely to be related so some kind of repetitive strain. My fingers - especially my index fingers - get really sore after I've been on my laptop for any length of time. Don't let it worry you.

thanks. just a bit worrying as its only my index finger that twitches. kind of aches a bit too :\ so worried and convinced myself i'm dying
