Really sharp pain down below

Okay well today i got this excruciating sharp pain in my vagina/urine hole, it lasted about 30 seconds, and happened 3 - 4 times. I always hold in my urine, i know i shouldn't, but sometimes im in situations where i have to, and im definately going to try to stop doing this. Im so worried ive got a gall stone in my bladder or kidneys trying to pass through or something. I literally dropped to the floor in pain and then it goes away straight away then happens again. Earlier when i went for a wee it came out in the toilet light brown colour and was extremely frothy. I dont think i have a urine infection as it doesn't hurt to pee or burn. Thankyou

IBS can cause pain like that, and holding in urine is really bad for you. It makes you more likely to get infections.

I cant imagine its anything serious, get it checked out at the doctors if you are really worried.
