    keeping a diary

Time and time again we keep worrying about our health.
For weeks or months even for years we worry. But it's not
Always the same illness or problem and when we are in that
Fog and we cannot think because of fear and panic terror
I have found a great help and it is to keep a diary.
When you are calm and can think write down what
    Happened

I keep my diary every day and I can look back and see I had the
Same symptom's weeks month or even a years ago and it was
Nothing then so it's nothing now it really does help

    Thats a great suggestion, Rugrat.

I also keep a log of all of my symptoms. I write down what I thought was wrong with me at the time, whether or not I went to the doctor and what the final outcome was. It helps enormously. If nothing else, when I am freaking out and convinced I am dying, I can look back at all of the other times I felt the exact same way in the past and reassure myself that nothing came of it then, so its probably nothing now either!
