had cystoscopy today because for months now ive had blood in my urine anyway bladder is normal thank goodness all though i have irritable bladder but now they want to do a more detailed scan on my kidneys to make sure theres nothing sinister where they inject dye ive already had a ultrasound which was normal i asked the nurse if i should be worried and she said no dont worry its routine and if the urologist was worried he would have told me so as anyone else had one of these kidney scans

yes i had one of these scans several years ago for the same reasons you are..Its nothing to worry about the dye is injected into a vein in your arm, its a bit of a weird feeling as you get a warm feeling as the dye runs through but its painless and a pretty quick procedure...
