Upped the dose 10mg to 20mg and feeling cack

I upped my dose last Saturday to 20mg, I've only been on cit 2 weeks in totally, felt great first week but now I feel knackered,lose of appetite, tired and generally pants :( Am feeling very gutted and miserable

thats exactly how i felt when i upped to 20mg, its horrible im now on day 18 (1 wk on 10) and seems to be settling now, its hard but try and stick it out, good luck

Hi,
From my experience you will have highs and lows with increasing your dose. Say for upto 2 weeks.
The only real time I had increased anxiety was when I went from 20 to 30.

I don't feel too bad today thank you, although the tiredness is driving me crackers! I could quite happily have a nice afternoon sleep, which is bizarre coming from an insomniac!
Saturday was realyl strange, i felt really detatched and had a really funny tummy as well, fell asleep at 8, at least I was spared all the guff on t.v

I had increased anxiety today!!! Had a good few days lately aswell. All is good in the new job, so no real stresses or worries.
I knew it was going to be one of those days as soon as I woke up!! It pisses me off now. I've got a lot on and can be doing without feeling like this. I'm trying to be as positive and as active as I can but I can't shake it off today.

Fed up! Just when I think I'm getting somewhere another crap day creeps up on me.
40mg seems ok I think. Just an off day I guess(another one) :-(

sorry to hear you've had a rough day :( I'm the same as you I just get the total
arse with feeling anxious, Try and stay positive this is all for a better future

Hang in there - medication like this can take a few weeks to settle down and you might feel a little rough in the short term. However as time goes on you should start to feel brighter and have less side effects.

I was like this when I went to 20mg-to be honest it took 2 weeks for me to adjust-and I was knackered kept falling asleep in afternoons,luckily im inbetween jobs at mo so could do this ! Ive been on 20mg for 9 weeks now and feel great with a few blip days now and then-keep going x
