Spiraling down again

I have been struggling for weeks now knowing that I'm losing all realism again
most of my friends come to me for advice and while I can always deal with there problems,plus solve them, I just have no room in my head for me or mine...I know I should say no but I find that impossible to do.
I am on citalapran 40mg with stelazin and numerous pain killers for Arthritis..too many to mention (df118 30mg s/r is one of them) and have been taking them for the last 12 months...before I have been on Venlaflexine Doxapin Reboxatin plus others...Is there anything that makes you "Normal"
I cant go on much longer I'm 55, have a wonderful partner and a beautiful son I had a complete breakdown 15 years ago sorry this introduction is all over the place but I have to write it as I think it
