Sudden clarity

Ok this is a strange one
My vision is in a constant state of flux it's almost lke a filter and is close to tunnel vision bit every now and then with no pattern to when it happens I have a very sudden moment of clarity my vision becomes very sharp and clear but after z few mins it returns back to the crap.
Anyone had this?

Have you started or stopped any medication (like antidepressants) as visual side effects are often reported from doing this?

When was the last time you saw an optician? From what you have written you seem to be saying that your vision is quite bad and you're getting some kind of tunnel vision? Why not make an appointment and get your eyes checked out properly? At the very least it will rule out any major issues.

Already had eye tests eyes are fine, I think with my description I was a little miss leading, it's more like the vision is in a bubble ( derealisation)
