another thing to worry about plzzz help

the last month ive been getting tingly feelings in my little finger and ring finger. it goes to my other hand at night,now i feel like my little toe is tingling.
my neck really hurts
its worse when i rest my elbow on the table or bend my elbow
I would like to tell myself its from my bad neck..but I cant its got to be something terminal plz help xxx
