    Hello everyone, new meat here.

    Not sure how to use this, think I've jumped straight into posting problems instead of introducing myself.

    Hi Im Kate, I'm 23 years old, struggled with paranoia for about 7 years, panic attacks for about a year. I have never found any one to talk to about my problems, no one who is my shoes anyway. I really hope you guys can help, and I hope I can help you.
