Hi all im new to this and im here hoping to learn to control or cure (wishful thinking) my Anxiety attacks and the other problems i have.
The earliest i remember having my first panic attack when i was 7 yrs old and it hasn't stopped since. iv'e had injuries due to me hitting my head on things from passing out. As the years has passed it seems as they are getting worse and more less for me to control. I hope to meet others in my boat and others ahead of me offering support and guidance
