Okay i have never really told people i have this as its embarrassing to tell someone i have Trichotillomania

basicly i pull my head hair eye lashes

anyone have this problem i would love to talk to someone with this problem maybe i can get some tips on how to stop as my girlfriend has notice and to tell the truth i got home and i broke down in tears
