Not posted in a while, been suffering with depression more than anxiety.
Tis cold here but I haven't got the heating on and have been doing things in the flat and was sweating as if I was hot but my skin was cold.
Now I am warmed up a bit, I am no longer sweating! What's that about? Anyone? Btw not feeling anxious at all!

Could be a bit of cold coming on.. seems to be quite a few bugs going round at the moment with this horrible weather :-(
