gurgling ovaries

For a while now this year I often have these gurgles in my ovary area, I'm not too sure if its my bowel or my ovaries but I am so sure it is coming from my ovaries.

Is this weird? or is it normal?

I dont quite no why this is but should I be worried about it?

Hi Roxy
The gurgling sounds are definitely coming from you bowel. Your ovaries are very small and sit low in you pelvis just above your pubic bone. They don't have any movement in them that would cause these sounds. It's just the digestive process in your bowel and is quite normal.

Thanks I thought so. Its just when I put my hands over my pelvic area I can feel the gurgling too that is why I was confused.

It seems weird its like I think my body knows when I should have my period because I am on the pill and I have just taken the last one today and am feeling cranky than normal and my ovaries feel like they are ready for menses but I want to skip it right through and carry on to the other pill packet.

I skipped thru when I was on the pill and had no periods for about 2 years and felt great.

I always skip through! I usually let myself get my period quarterly, it is AWESOME!

and even then I only do because I get nervous about pregnancy so it is a nice reassurance, even though I don't miss pills or anything

Its weird I want to skip my period but my body is giving me period pain and I'm still on the pill I took the last one of the packet today its like my body wants me to have it otherwise I'm going to suffer.

Why is the pill doing this to me?
