Irritable Bowel or Stomach Cancer?

I keep getting a lot of stomach pains, Also when I eat I feel full quickly and I seem to get pains when I am eating, Does this sound like IBS? Or does it sound like Cancer?

To me it sounds just like anxiety, I had years of it and it was a visouse circle that didnt stop till I took control, pain is not always cancer, in fact very few cancer cause pain till its very far advanced then you get lots of symptoms as well which we want google or talk about LOL

I am having trouble with my stomach as well. Bad pains everwhere,feel full all the time,nausea,terrible wind and pains. My stomach just doesnt feel right at all it feels tender and delicate. Also pains in my back/side/front and down by my left ovary area. I too fear its something sinister.
