help what do i do?? sick 20 mins after taking cit

I took my cit and aprox 20 mins later i was sick, will this matter? will this effect it? im really worried now and don't know what to do, it won't be in my system after just 20 mins will it? will it matter for 1 day? sorry 4 all the questions just really worried been taking it nearly 9 wks, thanks xx

Hi Nicola

I don't think it will matter for 1 day, i forgot to take min e on thursday and then took another one the next day and was ok, I didnt feel any adverse effects in missing one xx

Hi Nicola

I missed my dose on Thursday so just took one next day, felt ok no adverse effects, i was a little worried but I felt fine xx

Yes Nicola, you will be fine, you will not feel any effects, just take your next dose when it is due, hope you feel better soon x

I haven't ever missed a dose but my GP told me that it doesn't matter if you forget to take it some days, as long as you dont forget every day. Get well soon
