    Hi,
Im always at my worst on a morning too. I think its the thought of having the full day to face, once you have had your tea you proberbly start to relax more because you know you will be off to bed soon. Thats what i find anyway.
If there is one thing i have learnt in my 6 years of having anxiety its that our thoughts and moods have a massive impact on the way we feel and the symptoms we get.
The more we dread and worry, the more severe the symptoms will be.
I think if it was your blood sugar you would feel better after breakfast because once you have eaten it would ease. If your worried though you should get your doc to do a blood test just to be on the safe side.
Hope i have been some kind of help.
    Take care.
    Poppy
