Hello, my name is Netanya. I am 27 and live with my beautiful boyfriend in Essex in a lovely little old rented house with my black pet cat Charlie.
I suffer from GAD and am currently undetgoing CBT to help me try to stop negative thought processes, I have recently been very anxious relating to my health. I have a wonderfully supportive boyfriend but have always had family issues and my problems come from abuse as a child. I want to feel better and maybe help others. Hope we can all help each other, get stronger and beat this very lonely and painful problem. Love x
