Hi everyone,

Just thought that I would give you a link to a website I found that talks about what panic is & how to overcome it. This site is free you do not have to send money to find out the secret - it is written by someone who suffered from panic & not does not. It is worth having a read. If you do read it I would love to hear your comments about it.
