newbie!!

Hi there

I'm new to this site and Have never been able to talk (write) about my problems before! I gave birth over a year ago and it triggered anxiety attacks and depression, I have been taking medication for the last year but recently have had to increase to 30mg to feel any relief!! I have my up and down days and some days I don't feel anything has changed but then other days I can barely get out of bed and look @ myself in the mirror. if there's any members from the lanarkshire/central Glasgow area, it would be nice to have a chat.
