Heart racing and IBS pain when anxious

My heart will shoot up sometimes when I get get anxious which sucks.
But I'm also getting IBS squeezing deep cramping tummy pain.
Like if I have to wait in a line, then my heart pounds and the tummy pain comes and there's not much I can do.
Sometimes I feel like I want to bend over from the pain, or hold my tummy.
This used to only happen if I was getting IBS , or I'd get the tummy pain if I was very upset.
It's like my body is overreacting , maybe shooting off more adreline than it used to.

Hi mishel, have you spoke to your gp about this, i'm sure it will be your anxiety, but there are things they can do to help, if your heart is racing perhaps a low doze of beta blockers, or they can possibly help with your stomach ache, don't suffer in silence, get help, you deserve it. good luck x

ya it's totally my anxiety, only happens during my period and when I get stressed, upset or anxious. You know it's like my tummy cramps up due to my emotions.
But I might mention it to my doctor just to see what he thinks.

I've yet to hear of any one getting IBS type when when they start to panic.
