What the hell is going on here? I've had thoughts like these before that I would NEVER act upon, thoughts of either violently and/or sexually harming my family, I feel like an evil person as the thoughts are now becoming very graphic and upsetting, I also kept asking myself questions like ''would I ever do that'' or like ''did I ever think of that'' but if I did then I wouldn't even be worried by it and acted upon it, I feel like an evil criminal because of these, please help me as it's upsetting enough,
