hi im 26 years old i not overweight or have sugar or high blood or anything, ive had anixtey for years now and im a bad worrier, had a keg and blood work 2 years ago, but lately ive been having awful pain alot in my right arm either high up or lower down, and last night i was upset and worried about something and it started killing me it was hurting more than uselly, when i clamed down it went away. but it hurts alot tho just not as bad as it did last night, what could this be? anixtey or heart? or something else? they said my heart was fine 2 years ago and so does my mom but im still so worried.......plz someone message back if u know thank u
