Hi Lillie
I'm so pleased to read that you've stuck by your decision to take Citalopram. I know it's tough getting through the side effects but you are doing so well soon you will begin to feel a change in how you feel. Its very subtle though at first, I thought there would be a day when i suddenly felt wonderful but the change happens very gradually.
Are you having therapy too? I see you have ptsd, it really is important that you have the opportunity to acknowledge your past traumas.
Three years ago I had been off work for 18mths, diagnosed with ptsd & felt life wasn't worth living. Therapy & citalopram have been life savers for me, I am now in recovery, back at work full time & life is good again.
Hang on in there life with ptsd can get better! xx
Hi Lillie, I was just thinking about you. I hope your recovery is continuing.
Havent saw you on for a few days so you must be out clubbing every night

Increase to 40 and first days just good. I slept 10 h and had lots of energy. But today woke up at 3 terrible shaky not mamage to sleep any more. I feel tired again and I m developing kind of ocd singing one stupid song in my mind all night. I hope it will be good again. Doc next week to reviev.
Morning Lillie.
Is that an increase from 20 to 40? If it is it's quite a drastic increase and will cause side effects. If you think it's too hard just take 30 for a while then up it to 40 once you feel better. It's up to you though. The music in the head, side effect, harmless as long as it's a tune you like.
