gagging/throw up

Is this just me or do other people gag and throw up as well with anxiety and panic attacks? The minute anxiety started to set in I start to get that sick feeling but then I start to gag and from there its all down hill, I throw up. It makes me so mad and has started to mess with the way I eat and if I go out at all.

Yep and already done it this morning. As soon as I wake up. Its that that makes me feel a hundred times worse x

Oh the joys of anxiety....yet another day of not eating to look forward to!

Thank you god I thought I was the only one out there. Has anyone found anything to help?

Nope my heads in the sink every morning!! Its horrible and makes my anxiety 10 times worse x x
