Fear of suddenly outwardly gasping for oxygen

Petrified all day every day that i cannot breathe properly and that im suddenly going to gasp and gasp for oxygen and jus fall to the floor and die.. :(

i get that to but its just a thing we get we feel we cant breathe and yawn etc but if your concerned then i would go get it checked to put your mind at ease as i know the feeling of thinking i cant breathe
