    Sleep/Falling and shaking.

Hey Guys, Ive not had a panic attack for months, I was given diaz for emergencies but the last two times i took it (have only ever taken 4 pills) it had a strange effect on me and everytime i went to doze off i was jolted awake and felt like i was gonna fall of the bed. Anyway havnt taken it since this was 2 months ago. Then last night, i felt panicy managed to calm myself with breathing, but started having the jolting awake, feeling nauseous and tence all over my body. Im not worried this is something more serious? I do have alot of stress on at mo but thought i was dealing with it. Please ant advice or reasurence will be great xxx

I get either that feeling I am falling as I nod off or feeling my heart is about to stop as I nod off.

Horrible, no suggestions of what you can do about it just to let you know you are not alone.
