Social skills needed

Hi

I'm 38, single, (been told I'm handsome) and a successful business, and yet have had social problems and anxiety since I can remember. My life at the moment is dull and unfulfilling, because I socialise so little and spend so much time alone. I would love to be able to develop some social confidence to embrace the world rather than feel scared to go out into it. If this site can help, my life would change massively!

I m currently in you same boat as you , just workon those social skills basics, and believe you can do it as you have in the past, remember when you anxious try to spot something aboutb the other person thay can become a distraction an comment on it

this could be a good saying. FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY. The more you push yourself to do it the more you get used to it? All well me saying it but i fully understand how it can seem much more complex than that
